Mechanism of Action

Thymosin Alpha-1 promotes T-cell maturation and differentiation from thymic precursors, upregulates MHC class II expression on antigen-presenting cells, and modulates TLR9 signaling to balance innate and adaptive immunity. It enhances NK cell and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte activity, making it relevant to both immune deficiency and immune dysregulation contexts.
